FINISH YOUR PLEDGES
Over 90% of you have finished your pledges in BackerKit, and more than half of you have chosen to purchase additional add-ons with your pledge levels. We are so thankful for your abundant enthusiasm and support for this project!
That still leaves some 800 backers who have not finalized their surveys, yet, so do take this opportunity to review your pledge and purchase any add-ons like the campaign exclusive miniature sets that will not be available at retail or after the campaign fulfills!
RADICAL MINIATURES AND DICE
The final miniature sculpts look amazing and this scale review puts into perspective just how chunky the Triceraton miniature is, how tall Doc Feral stands, and the dynamic poses our partners at TransPerfect Gaming were able to achieve to help us bring our vision of the Turtles to life — the miniatures look like they leaped straight off of the pages of our RPG!
These Miniature Sets will NOT be available at Retail, so grab them now in the BackerKit pledge manager.
We also have a production sample of the Mutagen Green Dice Set add-on with glittering liquid that swirls when rolled, a stunning effect!
AMAZING TRIBUTE ART
One of the features that makes this Redux edition truly special and an instant collector’s item that we know you’ll cherish is the extensive list of artists who are providing tribute art and written remembrances. The number has grown quite a bit beyond what was originally announced at the beginning of the Kickstarter — everyone loves the TMNT! NOMINATE YOUR NEW MUTANT ADDITIONS
Because you unlocked Milestones 6, 7, and 8 during the campaign, we are adding rules for creating THREE MORE new mutant animals to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness Redux Edition book!
Your selections will join the all new Gecko, Great White Shark, Ring-Tailed Lemur, Penguin, and Alligator Snapping Turtle we’re already adding to the book.
We’ve already received nominations for Alpacas & Llamas, Dodo, Dolphin, Giraffe, Hyena, Lizard (Gila Monster, Chameleon, Iguana, Newt, etc.), Octopus, Ostrich, Snake (Rattlesnake, Anaconda, Boa Constrictor, etc.), Tasmanian Devil, and Thylacine. Feel free to second these nominations and add your own suggestions in the comments of this update and we’ll put together a curated poll for backers to vote on!
CLOSING THOUGHTS
If you subscribe to the Palladium Weekly Update email, you’re likely aware that Kevin recently lost his love and partner of over twenty years, Kathy, to a sudden heart attack. We want to thank you fans for the outpouring of compassion and support during this difficult time and reassure you that Kevin is doing as well as can be expected. Due to Kathy’s early onset Alzheimer’s, he and Sean already had contingency plans in place, so Palladium’s daily operations remain relatively unimpacted and progress continues apace for this project.
We will leave the BackerKit pledge manager interface open for upgrades and add-ons a little while longer while the last of you finish your surveys. And we’ll be in touch soon with how to vote on your favorite new mutant animal for inclusion in the book, so nominate your favorites in the comments of this update!

Production Updates
It's been a busy few weeks here at Palladium and we're pleased to let you know that production on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness project continues to progress at full steam!
Completion of the books and accessories is on track, and we have a BIG update for you with art reveals, miniature sculpt previews, and the ability to upgrade your rewards and get add-ons with our pledge manager!
BackerKit Pledge Manager Open
The BackerKit pledge manager for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness is open! You should have or will soon receive an email from BackerKit to begin your survey, so please click the link in that email to begin upgrading and customizing your pledge.
The pledge manager will remain open for Upgrades and Add-ons until we finalize numbers with the printer, at least through March 31, 2024. Please see instructions below.
Remember: The Kevin Eastman and Sophie Campbell Variant covers, the Green Foil Stamped Covers, the Fanroll dice sets, and the Miniatures are Kickstarter Exclusives, so this is your only chance to add those on to your Pledge Level rewards!

Shipping Estimates
We have consulted with numerous potential shipping partners to find you the most reasonable shipping rates. Given the recent and ongoing turmoil in the global shipping networks, and at the insistence of our shipping partners, we will be collecting shipping fees closer to the delivery date of this campaign. This table represents our current good faith estimates based upon recent quotes and trends -- the final shipping costs are subject to change and could potentially be lower or higher.
Great Lakes Comic Con
Kevin Siembieda and Sean Owen Roberson were honored to meet with so many fans this last weekend at Great Lakes Comic Con. They participated in a well attended panel with original Mirage Studios artists Jim Lawson, Steve Lavigne, and Dan Berger -- all three of whom are doing tribute art pieces for the Redux Edition!

Happy New Year, Mutants!
Things have been busy here at Palladium Books with a supercharged Christmas Grab Bag season -- thanks to the many of you who ordered one or more and supported this Kickstarter! Still, even with end of year inventory, we managed to take New Years Day and Christmas off from work :)
Art Update
First off, I'd like to show off a second batch of beautiful tribute art that will be appearing in the books in the "behind the scenes" sections, with lots more in the works including illustrations by Ramon J. Perez and Larry Elmore!

Miniature Update
While anyone who knows Palladium would have guessed we would be working through most of December, I was impressed with how the wonderful folks at Paramount were engaged with the process the entire holidayseason... including the approvals of some awesome miniature sculpts.

Pledge Manager and Shipping Update
Our team is hard at work coordinating with our fulfillment partners to make sure that when the BackerKit pledge manager opens, you will immediately have ashippingestimate ready for your review! In fact, I am proud to report that similar to our last Kickstarter project -- Titan Robotics -- it looks like we will again be able to offer very reasonable shipping rates. Getting good rates for fans inside andoutside the continental USA is challenging, and shipping rates and times are ever-changing, so we appreciate your patience as we work to get this part of the puzzle correct.
We estimate that the BackerKit pledge manager will be up and running later this month, or early February at the latest.
Thanks again to all of you for backing this project, and for your wider support of Palladium Books. We were humbled by your wonderful messages this Christmas season.

We're grateful, Turtles fans, for your overwhelming support introducing a whole new generation to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles & Other Strangeness role-playing game, and in bringing so many of you back to your roots in the hobby and fandom.
What's Next
If this is your first Kickstarter, the next few weeks will be pretty quiet - while we wait for Kickstarter to collect your pledges, the Palladium team will focus on final art, editing, and layout. If you have any issues with your pledge during this period, please put in a support ticket with Kickstarter as the ball is still in their court.

All Stretch Goals Unlocked!
Oh yeah, and for those of you who missed our countdown livestream last night, check it out here - we had a blast chatting with many of the artists involved with the new color art, various art tributes, and miniature sculpts and talked about some cool behind the scenes stuff.
As a token of our true appreciation to you the fans we unlocked all the remaining Stretch Goals for this project! As we move into the BackerKit pledge manager phase we will continue to update you with images of miniatures, dice, cards, and more so that you can make an informed decision on what add-ons or upgrades you want before we finalize your orders and send everything off to the printers.
Again, as someone who personally found this hobby through the 1985 TMNT RPG, I'm ecstatic with the success of this project and humbled by your support as we bring this classic back in redux style - thank you from me and the rest of the Palladium Books team.
